This is a broad role where you will have a high level of involvement across all stages of the studies from study feasibility through to close. You will have the opportunity to embrace new challenges and advance your career as our Clinical Operations team continues to expand.This role is a full-time, permanent position to be based in Sydney.RequirementsTertiary qualifications in a field related to clinical practice, healthcare, life sciences, or drug development.At least 4 years of relevant experience with a CRO or pharmaceutical company on multinational clinical studies.Proven experience managing high-priority/complex studies through phases 1–4, with preference for trials involving rare medical conditions.Strong knowledge of clinical development processes, GCP, and local regulations, with a track record of ensuring GCP compliance and managing risks in complex studies.Ability to lead, troubleshoot, and influence for quality and delivery.Proven experience communicating effectively with site staff, including KOLs and thought leaders.Experience or interest in people leadership, team management, and coaching/developing CRAs.Why Alexion?At Alexion, people living with rare and devastating diseases are our Guiding Star.
