SUCCESSFACTORS EC-ECP PROJECT MANAGER The Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of one or more country implementation projects eventually part of a large program with responsibility for delivering a defined section within SuccessFactors environment.
Your responsibilities: Manages project deliverables, scope and expectations and coordinates project progress with stakeholders and program management.Interfaces independently with all functional and business areas/ groups affected by the project,Works closely with Resource Managers to ensure adequate allocation of resources to projects is being managedDevelops and tracks to detailed project plan, including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plansMakes project decisions and recommendations to program management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from others as neededCommunicates and reports status to program management and all other stakeholders e.g., Status Reports, steering input, etc.Provides leadership to his/her project teamsEmploys project management best practice methodologies working within a framework that includes process definition, templates, tools and Alight standardsCoaches team members to reach common project goals/objectivesIdentifies training needs within his project teamManaging the project budget – including the estimates created during the funding process, the on-going allocation of financial resources and the regular reporting of the state of the project financialsEnsuring C-sat meets the agreed target, taking ownership with the AD, to drive improved customer satisfaction at project levelMonitors the project deliverables are within Alight's standard delivery model and deviations are identified and reportedDriving CR's through changes to agreed standard/contract, mitigating any commercial riskDriving improved project performance through continuous improvement and transformation activitiesWorking with third party providers to deliver contractual commitmentsYour experience: At least 4 years' experience in IT-project management with background within SAP payroll implementation or SuccessFactors Employee Central PayrollCertification in at least two SuccessFactors modulesWillingness to travelVendor management experienceFluent in English (written, spoken, …)Experience within the HR-domainIdeally PMP certification or similar (PRINCE2, Agile, SCRUM,…)Ideally HR Consulting and /or outsourcing industry experienceYour skills Leadership skillsAbility to work in a multi-cultural/international environmentAbility to interpret and prioritize multiple, potentially conflicting requirementsExcellent presentation and influencing skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong risk analysis and capacity to develop efficient and effective mitigation plansOutcome and target-focusedHighly commercially awarePragmatic approachStrong financial acumen and forecast accuracyClear contract understanding and scope managementCommitted to deadlines and schedule in time.Lead a team with moderate supervisionProduce good quality work, delivers technical and analytical results, demonstrates value creation for smaller projectsContribute to the proposal process independently within a specified areaIdeally leadership experience in implementing specific solutions at various customersImplemented/led a technology solution through all project phases several timesCombine methodology to new approaches as a response to customer needsFluent English
