Working from another Schneider Electric office at another city/country will be considered also as an option.Reporting to the Iberia Digital Power Application Center (iDPAC), will be responsible for Project delivery for new and existing customers and relates to the Schneider Electric Digital Power Systems and Services.The essential responsibility of this role is to ensure that for our Customer, projects are designed, developed, configured, deployed, tested, commissioned and handed over in an efficient and consistent manner minimizing cost and risk, ensuring that project is delivered on time, within approved budget, and to the required quality standards fulfilled (within agreed specifications).The successful candidate will have the right balance of skills across project management, client engagement (including third parties) and commercial awareness.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute large scale customer projects either fully or manage a key aspect as part of a wider project team and can work effectively across multiple business units.Manage the project team throughout the lifecycle of the project (initiation, planning, execution, monitor and control, lessons learnt) including task planning, monitoring progress to plan in line with scope of works and deliverables until completion, following the Schneider Electric Customer Project processes and methodology.Identify and alert on execution risks. Be proactive in leading and resolving associated issues and effectively manage claims and variation orders.Ensure effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders and within the project team and DAPC Management.Act as primary point of contact for the customer, and maintain project team interaction (correspondences, emails, calls, meetings) to ensure consistent execution and customer satisfaction.Take full accountability over project profitability (cost, cash flow & margin) including forecasting, engagements follow-up and re-forecasting, ensuring timely revenue recognition as per forecast.Monitor and control project progress versus budget spending and strive for gross margin improvement.Manage project contract ensuring fulfilment of Schneider Electric contractual obligations and application of its contractual rights.Systematic review of deviations against specifications, or additional customer requests, following a formal Project Change Control process.Ensure full and effective reporting to management and timely surfacing of project events impacting project performance or compliance with governance or safety principles.Responsible for the proper implementation of Schneider Electric safety standards all along project execution, and for all parties (Schneider and subcontractors).Responsible for cybersecurity planning, implementation, and monitoring. This involves assessing and mitigating cybersecurity risks, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations, managing security incidents, coordinating with IT and security teams, and communicating security strategies to stakeholders.Conduct lessons learnt sessions with internal teams including, Tendering, Sales, Operations and within the project team.Responsible of closing the project as per the regulations of the Company and by doing a proper Transfer to Services (TTS) handling over all updated documentation and status of the project to the Services Teams.QualificationsQualified to degree level in relevant discipline (Engineering and/or Software Business), but please note that candidates with equivalent level of experience will also be considered.5+ years' experience in project management roles and a strong track record in Software Project management practices.Experience of software solution delivery within an electrical utility segment.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including customer-facing.Possessing Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification would be an advantage.Excellent analytical skills.Proven ability to solve problems creatively.Strong familiarity with project management software tools (MS Excel and MS Project), methodologies, and best practices.Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.Basic Knowledge in Contract management is required.Hold a strong working knowledge of electrical and digital power concepts. Experience and knowledge of modern control systems in electrical automation applications (SCADA, RTUs, PLCs).Knowledge on IT infrastructures and Cybersecurity is beneficial.Travel domestically and internationally.Experience on project Implementation of complex systems, customer oriented, multitasking, excellent verbal and writing communication skills.English fluent level is essential.Let us learn about you!
