Job Description
Join the Project & Cost Management department and you will contribute on "Delivering a Better World". In the PMCM department we want to deliver projects with purpose. As Project and Cost Managers, we have the opportunity to ensure that the project aligns with the needs of society, with the local community and contributes positively to the neighborhood.
PMCM AECOM Team is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to incorporate to Project management group. PMCM Team provides project control and strategic advisory to help our clients complete complex projects on schedule and budget. Particularly we offer our clients specialist risk analysis and advisory service to give them confidence in the viability and profitability of their projects.
The Building & Places division of AECOM is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager for immediate employment in our Madrid office.
Job Duties
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be expected to successfully manage, coordinate and deliver projects. The role will cover the whole project lifecycle from initial inception, through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase. Role will be full-time job. Approach to all projects requires a high degree of flexibility and creativity, excellent presentational skills and an ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Project Management role, taking responsibility for successful delivery of the projects.
Provide full Project Management duties to AECOM clients.
Client oriented. Previous experience in consultancy firms with PM role.
Provide effective support and mentoring to Project Managers, Graduates and Apprentices.
Ensure all phases are managed and completed efficiently, on time and to the client's satisfaction.
Cost control of the project and Change Orders management.
Provide experience with different types of contracts.
Develop strong reciprocal relationships with clients and members of the project team.
