Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be in charge of completing the construction of the project in accordance with the contractual agreements. You will also be responsible for establishing privileged communication with all stakeholders of the project. You will monitor the profitability of your operations on a regular basis, validate technical options, and take part in the administrative, financial, and legal setup of the projects. You will ensure that projects go forward smoothly and safely and establish & maintain close communications with the clients.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Civil Engineering is required.First experience in construction for logistics or industrial real estate.Reliable and organized with very good communication skills.Solutions-oriented and values teamwork.2 to 3 days a week on-site are required.Fluent in Spanish, English, or French is a plus.
