We are a growing team looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the tech Centre of Excellence (CoE) department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role can be based out of our Berlin, Barcelona or Amsterdam office.
As a Senior Project Manager in the Centre of Excellence (CoE) team, you will play a pivotal role in executing top priorities of sennder's product strategy. You will report to the Head of CoE who reports to our CTO/CPO.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and operational tasks, enabling you to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the company's growth. In this role, you will work on:Project management and execution: Drive project timelines, capacity planning, dependency mapping, and scope definition with the project team (product & engineering). Establish smart & efficient governance and project success metrics & milestone tracking. Translate high-level product goals into actionable plans, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.Financial modeling and resource allocation: Develop models to evaluate product project's ROI, supporting roadmap creation and priority setting. Assist in creating business cases, product roadmap reviews & executive summaries. R&D refund & Dev Cap calculations. Develop executive-level presentations for product reviews and updates. Serve as a liaison between the project team and Senior management. Minimum Requirements:4-6 years of experience in project management roles managing projects with multiple contributing teams, preferably within technology companies or product-focused environments.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Passion for product development, innovation, and market disruption.Proficiency in financial modeling and business case development.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Skills in Jira or Azure DevOps are preferred.
