Senior Project Manager, BarcelonaAs a Senior Project Manager in the Centre of Excellence (CoE) team, you will play a pivotal role in executing top priorities of sennder's product strategy. You will report to the Head of CoE who reports to our CTO/CPO. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and operational tasks enabling you to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the company's growth.In this role you will work on:Project management and executionDrive project timelines, capacity planning, dependency mapping, and scope definition with the project team (product engineering)Establish smart efficient governance and project success metrics milestone trackingTranslate high-level product goals into actionable plans ensuring clear communication and alignment across teamsFinancial modeling and resource allocationDevelop models to evaluate product project's ROI supporting roadmap creation and priority settingAssist in creating business cases, product roadmap reviews, executive summariesStakeholder engagementDevelop executive-level presentations for product reviews and updatesServe as a liaison between the project team and Senior managementWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR4-6 years of experience in project management roles managing projects with multiple contributing teams, preferably within technology companies or product-focused environmentsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsPassion for product development, innovation, and market disruptionProficiency in financial modeling and business case developmentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsSkills in Jira or Azure DevOps are preferredWHAT YOU CAN EXPECTAt sennder, we want to maximize the individual potential of all employees and reinforce an inclusive culture and environment of continuous learning that empowers people to succeed as a team.
