Moreover, this is your chance to be part of the success story:We are looking for a** Senior Project Manager **to join our AIA Team.**Key Responsibilities**:Responsible for leading and managing a team of data engineers and other data analytics professionals (data scientists, visualization developers, data quaility and MDM) in a fast-paced, Agile Scrum environment. The role involves working closely with Cognizant and our clients' cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and implement data-driven solutions to support both our company and our clients' strategic goals and objectives.- Lead and manage a team of data analytics professionals in an Agile Scrum environment.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and implement data-driven solutions that support the company's strategic goals and objectives.- Act as the Scrum Master for one or more data analytics teams, ensuring that teams are following Agile Scrum principles and practices.- Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize data analytics requirements, and ensure that they are aligned with the company's strategic goals.- Ensure that the team is following best practices for data governance, data quality, and data security.- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data analytics,and make recommendations for how they can be leveraged to support the company's goals.- Communicate progress and results to stakeholders and leadership.- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and advance their careers.You will become an active member of the AIA team that works closely with other disciplines/roles and that shares experience in Digital Transformation projects in a dynamic environment with multiple roles, using last technologies according to development/test standards and corporate architecture policies.**Essential Skills**:- Extensive experience in business intelligence and data analytics, with a strong (and demonstrable) leadership role during the recent years.- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and practices- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, business intelligence, data visualization,and AI&ML; tools- Strong communication and leadership skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong project management skills- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices**Nice to Have Skills
