Job Title:Project Manager, New Product Innovation

Job Description:As the Project Manager, New Product Innovation you are accountable for several Innovation projects with high impact on business from initiation to product launch. In addition, you are accountable for the coordination of end-to-end cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables and timeline commitments. You work proactively with the other functions, especially the Business lead, Regulatory, Global Development, Operations, Quality and Procurement functions as needed to ensure the overall program & projects objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver projects as per defined milestones, cost, quality, and performance criteria and lead project planning and execution. This also includes creating and managing project plans (timelines, scope documents, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables) with the Marketing Lead/Innovation Director, securing input from all impacted functional areas of the company.Monitor critical path activities and follow up with team members to ensure project stays on track. Work to resolve timing constraints if critical tasks are delayed and make recommendations based on the triple constraint priority. Deliver the project successfully - on time, on budget and meeting product costs.Demonstrate FMCG (fast moving consumer good) mind-set and drive all aspects of the project (end-to-end), ensuring team members (internal/external) remain on track and any issues are effectively addressed.Skills & Qualifications:You have a bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, Business, or any related field and bring minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Project Management position in a large FMCG company, preferably with OTC exposure.You have worked with launching innovative products in a global FMCG environment.You are proficient in the use of tracking/resource system; MS Project, MS Excel (development of spreadsheets, import/export and linking), MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook.You are organized, capable of managing high levels of detail, and handling multiple activities/tasks.You are comfortable bringing up issues and providing recommendations for action plans.What we offer in return:You will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion and believe we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base.
