Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Delivery Lead to join our Professional Services Team based in Madrid.As a key member of Adobe's Professional Services team, you will oversee the successful delivery of client projects, ensuring they achieve their business goals using Adobe solutions.
You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to manage resources, timelines, and budgets while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.If you're ready to drive impactful results for Adobe's clients in the Iberia Region, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll do* Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
* Project Oversight: Lead the delivery of complex Professional Services projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
* Resource Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, engineers, and partners, to allocate resources effectively and optimize project outcomes.
* Team Leadership: Mentor and guide delivery teams to uphold Adobe's commitment to quality and innovation in customer success.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity and success.
* Process Improvement: Champion best practices in delivery methodologies (e.G., Agile, Scrum) to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
* Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring profitability and alignment with business objectives.
* Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to clients, leadership teams, and stakeholders on project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs)
