We are looking for a talented Senior Programme Manager to join our Shared Technology team.
We expect you to have experience in delivering large portfolio products across cross-functional teams.
The product team in Shared Technology is responsible for a vast area of product which enables partnerships across the business.
There are many strategic projects and initiatives which require alignment across the product team to enable organisation and delivery.
The team works with a large group of stakeholders to define and deliver those projects.
Over and above the strategic OKRs and Product OKRs, the product team is in a transformational phase of defining the products, values, processes and principles of operation with the business and stakeholders.
To enable success of the plans laid out by the team and our Head of Product, the team will need program and project management support.
Responsibilities Enable project support to define yearly OKR definition and prioritisation Quarterly OKR review and planning Monthly monitoring and reporting of Product OKRs Planning and delivery of product team projects and initiatives (Product Consolidation, Community building, Interview process) Organising quarterly team building and engagement activities Project support for cross-functional projects Produce RACI matrix across key initiatives Tracks risks and dependencies Skills to create thrills Experience managing and coordinating tech projects with a demonstrated ability to use project tools for analysis, tracking, reporting, and communicating across product managers, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors Experience of managing portfolio of products and delivery Executive level reporting of programme and project status Experience of enabling cross-functional technology projects across business stakeholders Tracking of risks, dependencies, budgets and resourcing of projects Development of business cases and organising workshops Results driven and able to execute multiple complex strategic projects simultaneously Proven ability to interact with and influence executives at the highest level of a fast-moving organisation Highly personable with an ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams across King and build relationships with third parties Ability to focus on critical issues to balance and respond to competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Demonstrable personal interest in technology and mobile gaming About King King is the game developer behind the world-famous Candy Crush franchise, as well as mobile game hits including Farm Heroes, Bubble Witch and Pet Rescue.
Candy Crush is the top-grossing franchise in US app stores, a position it has held for the last two years, and King's games are being played by 245 million monthly active users as of Q3 2021.
