You will define and execute upon a roadmap of initiatives and epics for Digital's support of the North American Monarch program.
You will build an agreed way of working that can be replicated with other regional commercial programs in the future.
You will provide support and leadership for Cost360's delivery and development, providing support to embed this into business processes and practices.
This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, programme & project management experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of the Advanced Analytics Commercial & CX Programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring key milestones and project goals are met.Collaborate with programme/portfolio management teams to align projects with business strategies and objectives.Agree and manage project governance, including Steering Committees and Sponsorship Groups, ensuring timely decisions and follow-ups.Oversee the execution of change management strategies, including training rollouts and communication plans.Manage project dependencies, ensuring alignment with BAU activities and other projects in the portfolio.Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, summarizing progress, priorities, and key decisions.Ensure adherence to PMO governance, implementing standardized tools and processes to maintain compliance and quality control.Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.Oversee the transition of solutions to business-as-usual support, ensuring smooth handover and operational readiness.Conduct lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and share best practices across the organization.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, resolving issues, and driving project success
