In this role, the individual will specifically focus on standard work for the successful performance and management of the In-Station operations.
Key Job Responsibilities: Manage the development of Worldwide (WW) Processes and Standards for In-Station Operation programs Lead efforts to identify and fill gaps in processes through multiple techniques: FMEA, Kaizen, CIC methods, and Kata Oversee the adoption and improvement of standard work Own document life-cycle for published standard work Implement measurement controls for In-Station standards Work with senior leadership across multiple organizations Work with cross-functional teams on complex logistics problems #J-18808-Ljbffr
