Position Overview: The Senior Program Manager EMEA S&LP; is responsible for ensuring that their area of responsibility efficiently and effectively provides security services and asset protection (lives, buildings, equipment, data, & professional property) through the design of physical infrastructure and processes across the EMEA End-End Secure Network.
Key Responsibilities: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy specific programs to motivate associates and staff to comply with policies, programs, standards, and guidelines.Enhance, track, and report on metrics, which are key performance indicators, allowing performance improvements so that the desired outcomes are achieved to plan and in a timely manner.Assist with investigations of internal and external theft and fraud and conduct interviews when appropriate.Develop action steps to support internal customers in resolving identified issues and mitigating risks, including identifying certified contractors who resolve physical security system issues.Develop business cases that receive the required approval, financial and technical resources, and the support of appropriate management to enact desired changes.Handle a high volume workload in a fast-paced, complex, changing environment.Organize complex data streams and identify meaningful, actionable trends.Minimum Qualifications: Completed Master or Bachelor's Degree (e.g., in Business, Criminal Justice or an equivalent) from an accredited university.Proven experience in a multi-site/country environment handling security and Loss Prevention in supply chain, logistics, and transportation.Excellent communication and influencing skills.Experience planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.Experience developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.Familiarity with security equipment such as intrusion detection devices, access control systems, and CCTV.Proficient with MS Office Professional Suite, including intermediate knowledge of Excel.Ability to work and travel as required by business needs (up to 50% EMEA).Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methods.Additional languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian.ASIS International CPP and PSP certification.Extensive network in Logistics, e.g., connected to TAPA EMEA.TAPA training and certification.Interviewing and Interrogation experience desired: Wicklander and Zulawski certification.El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo: Kit Empleo
