Senior Program Manager, Demand Planning, Program (T-340)

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields such as Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, Strategic Planning, or Program Management Excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills Experience communicating with and influencing a range of stakeholders including senior management Experience in managing large-scale programmes or projects Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured mindset Proficiency in SQL / ETL, Python, and advanced MS Excel skills Tableau knowledge is highly desired We are looking for a Senior Program Manager who can enhance the internal and external customer experience in the Pan-EU and UK transportation network.
You will work in a cross-functional environment to support stakeholders in identifying cost-saving and performance-improving opportunities and driving them across the organization from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities: Own the strategic development of ST Demand Planning initiatives, ensuring alignment within involved teams and securing required approvals for implementation.
Represent the team's function and scope in external initiatives to assure transparency and timely alignment in various solutions implementation.
Collaborate with Tech teams and Applied and Research Science teams to develop tools programs, prioritizing and planning resources for project development and timely completion.
Develop reliable partnerships with E2E stakeholders, increasing awareness and sharing knowledge about Demand Planning to achieve corporate goals.
Monitor network forecast performance KPIs using reports and dashboards, Excel, SQL, and other data management systems to identify issues and track improvements.
