Our shares are traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX: MEDX).Job PurposeEnsure that all assigned operations and production processes are completed on time and quality standards while ensuring that all systems are followed and targets are achieved in accordance with safe working practices in the injection molding area, assembly area, tooling area, and maintenance area.Main Accountabilities and Tasks:Ensure that all assigned operations and processes (production, maintenance, die-casting) are completed on time and to a quality standard, while ensuring all systems are signed off and objectives are achieved in accordance with work practices.Co-define the directions of production processes and development of maintenance areas (Plant and mold maintenance and facility management), including investment activities.Control the expenses of the operations, optimizing time and resources.Participate in annual budget creation.Manage the team workload and set directions, goals, and tasks to be implemented, delegating powers and responsibilities.Lead projects, including automation and optimization projects (Lean, 5S, etc.).Ensure timely execution of the production plan in accordance with the schedule and quantitative and qualitative requirements.Ensure and develop the competencies of the team, participate in the performance review, appraisal, grading, salary reviews, and manage holidays of the team.Audit areas and processes and ensure that there are improvement actions and problem-solving tools in the area of production, maintenance, and molds.Ensure reporting of non-compliance, failures, and safety (including reporting accidents) and environmental protection hazards to the manager or person responsible for health and safety and environmental protection.Cooperate with external suppliers and internal clients.Workflow reporting / KPI and taking corrective actions when deviations occur.Definition of strategies and resolution of problems in the Management Committee.Other tasks given by manager.Work Experience: Experience in a similar position ideally in plastic injection industry or automotive.Education: Level: Industrial Engineering.
