You will help some of the world's most renowned brands accelerate content creation and deliver innovative content experiences.You will collaborate closely with the Senior Product Manager, who, along with the Product Leadership team, drives the product vision and strategy. Your focus will be on executing this vision. Additionally, you will work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the product roadmap aligns with company goals and customer needs. In a fast-paced environment, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering our engineering teams to perform at their best, creating exceptional product experiences, and delivering significant customer value through strategic product initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Roadmap Management: Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Manager and Design team to transform product concepts and business requirements into actionable deliverables for the development team.Backlog Management: Prioritize near-term initiatives, break down epics into actionable stories, plan refinements, and oversee the timely delivery of releases.Sprint Ceremonies: Participate in all sprint lifecycle phases, including planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Ensure the team's work aligns with prioritized backlog items.Quality Assurance: Work closely with the Engineering team to prioritize and resolve outstanding issues, ensuring high product quality and customer satisfaction.Operational Excellence: Facilitate teams in effectively executing against OKRs and requirements, enabling seamless customer adoption of new functionality.Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with Engineering, Product, Support, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive product success.Customer-Centricity: Partner with the Senior Product Manager to engage with customers and UX teams, identifying and validating problems and opportunities through research and technical discovery.Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative and efficient solutions to technical challenges. Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and development.Qualifications:Proven track record (3+ years) as a Product Owner/Manager in prioritizing and delivering initiatives that have significantly improved customer satisfaction and business performance.Successfully led multiple cloud-based product initiatives from inception to delivery, ideally within Content Creation technologies.Expertise in breaking down epics into small increments to maximize value and operational efficiency.Strong affinity for technology, with the ability to address complex technical challenges alongside engineers and stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver exceptional products.Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Why you'll love Bynder!At Bynder, innovation is in our DNA.
