From simplifying the user interface to increasing its capability by offering more integrations, ultimately you will be empowering partners to focus on driving their business forward more effectively.What you will be doing: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Work with Agile to coordinate development of the technology team. Be able to explain requirements in technical terms for a technical savvy audience, and talk business with senior stakeholders. Lead content creation for proper user guides and training materials Evangelise the use of the product and craft use cases that emphasise on the benefits of using LogicX Own, plan, and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring it is effectively managed and aligned with strategic goals. Assess product value and assist stakeholders in developing business cases that support key strategic initiatives. Gather and define user-centric requirements, focusing on delivering an exceptional user experience across all products. Work on enhancing the UI/UX to improve the overall self-service experience for users. Develop comprehensive business requirement documentation and secure stakeholder sign-off on design, requirements, and solutions prior to development. Break down deliverables into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, including workflows and wireframes where necessary. Identify and address any cross-domain requirements, collaborating with other Product Owners to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions. Play a key role in resolving impediments that may impact the successful completion of release or sprint goals. Lead the final sign-off on features and products before their market launch, ensuring quality and alignment with objectives. Oversee release planning and provide stakeholders with timely updates on the status of deliverables. Keep the development team motivated and engaged, fostering a productive and collaborative environment. Continuously research and analyse market trends and user feedback to ensure that our products remain competitive and user-focused. Possess a foundational understanding of programming concepts, including variables, loops, conditionals (such as if-then-else statements), and basic data structures. Proven experience in successfully bringing new products to market as a Product Owner. A user-centric mindset, consistently striving for the highest standards in UX to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Expertise in defining, prioritising, and managing product features to align with business goals and customer needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an inquisitive approach and keen attention to detail. Demonstrated decision-making abilities, adept at evaluating business impacts, risks, and opportunities to drive strategic outcomes.
