Cooperative innovation is at the center of everything we do – from our games, new products and technologies, to how we collaborate and share inspiration with one another.Your missionAs part of the Data Product team, you will be spearheading our Lakehouse and Data Platform initiatives, fostering cross functional collaboration, shape the future of AI Marketplace and bring data knowledge closer to our decision makers and supporters. You will act as a liaison between all stakeholders, including client, product, analytics, engineering and data scientists, ensuring features are well researched, prioritized and in line with the business goals. Highly proficient in conveying concepts, you will secure transparent communication and create clear engagement models, evangelise and educate. Your responsibilities will include forming, designing and delivering tactical and strategic initiatives that fulfil the firm's and client's needs as well as defining AS-IS and TO-BE processes, pinpointing limitations and recommending improvements.You will be a champion of Data Product, keeping up to speed with the industry standards, new technologies, market conditions and industry direction, learning and evangelising data product within the wide stakeholder group. What you'll do Manage and own the iteration backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of our customers and internal stakeholders Manage requirements lifecycle with clients and build scope documents to illustrate the change approach Develop epics, user stories and tasks with well-defined acceptance criteria Set sprint goals and objectives for the agile team Participate in team demo and retrospectives Work closely with the product leadership to decompose wider product backlogs into iteration backlogs Work with a team of engineers to plan and clarify user stories and ensure the team iteratively delivers value Work with cross-functional teams, customers and stakeholders including: architecture, engineering, analytics and data science and other product portfolios Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organisation to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritisation. Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment What you'll bring A proven track record as a Product Owner, or similar role in product management.
