Role overview and purpose: We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to help set up and lead our Customer Experience Transformation squad comprising 5 developers, 2 QA and dedicated UX support.
This role is essential for driving customer value and solving customer problems through strategic initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with UX and development teams to translate research findings into a dynamic roadmap that enhances our customer experience for the upcoming year and beyond.
The goal of the programme is to reduce friction in the user journey, improve data analytics capabilities across the single application, and manage an upgrade to our underlying systems architecture.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, digital transformation, systems architecture and agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
Key Responsibilities: Champion Customer Experience & Focus on Customer Needs, ensure maximum customer value.
Lead Transformation Initiatives and Manage Change Process.
Define, Track KPIs and regular reporting.
Product Development and Management.
Define and Prioritize Features, Produce user stories, accountable for a product roadmap.
Lead System Architecture Upgrades to support agile development and delivery, following SAFe best practices.
Seamless Implementation: Work with engineering teams to ensure minimal disruption to existing services.
Stakeholder Management; Share product vision, strategy, and progress with stakeholders at all levels, gather and incorporate feedback to inform product decisions and foster collaboration.
Champion SAFe Principles, Facilitate Agile Ceremonies.
Continuous Improvement: Work with the Scrum Master to enhance team productivity and product quality.
