Serves as a trusted product expert, providing strategic and creative solutions to complex use cases and customer challenges.

Leads efforts to identify and mitigate impediments to ensure successful achievement of release/sprint goals.
Acts as a mentor to junior Product Owners, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field.
An advanced degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management and/or ownership, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
Proven track record of driving successful, high-impact products in healthcare technology or data-centric organizations.
Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex, scalable solutions.
Skills: Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive alignment across teams.
