About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned technical Product Owner with significant experience in the Data & AI domain to lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our internally built products in Healthcare R&D. This role is crucial in leveraging Data and AI to accelerate and enhance our R&D initiatives, ultimately fostering the discovery and development of new drugs.
You will be responsible for: Defining the product vision, expected business value, and impact.Defining and executing the product roadmap and evaluating its impact on the business.Acting as the primary liaison between R&D end users, business stakeholders, as well as the engineering and architecture teams.Defining the product roadmap and ensuring seamless integration with other systems and processes within our global R&D Data and AI landscape.Engaging in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the product's functionality, usability, and performance.Gathering feedback from end users and regularly communicating product roadmap updates across the organization.Identifying new product growth opportunities and proposing mitigating strategies to ensure successful roadmap delivery.Championing a product mindset and a focus on business value throughout the organization.Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices related to data analysis, ML, especially FMs, to enhance the effectiveness of the product.You will report to the Head of Product Management in the Healthcare Digital, Data & IT organization. You will join a multicultural team working in agile methodologies with high autonomy in decision-making. The role requires office presence at our Darmstadt location 2-3 days per week.
Who You AreMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
