This role is a great fit for an experienced product leader with a strong WebRTC background who enjoys working closely with API developers and has empathy for new developer onboarding.What you'll doLead the vision, strategy and execution of the new developer onboarding experience of the Vonage Video API as part of a broader Vonage API Dashboard.Work closely with new users to deeply understand their needs and develop product offerings that are easy to adopt and grow platform value.Collaborate with engineering and UX teams totranslate customer needs into product requirements and user stories to accelerate developers' journey.
Advocate internally for Video API users needs, especially in conjunction with other CPaaS APIsLead global cross-functional teams including engineering, PM, marketing, developer experience, customer success, and business development to execute on vision and strategy.Perform industry and competitive analysis to identify trends, portfolio gaps and new product opportunities.Define key metrics to evaluate product performance, analyze data, inform product decisions and measure successWhat's required for application:8+ years as a Product Manager delivering client or cloud based platform products and features (SaaS or PaaS)Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
