If you are passionate about healthcare products and the opportunity to create a name for yourself in the Trauma product marketspace – this is your chance!Find more information about the products: Key Activities amp; Responsibilities Author and leverage marketing team to create key strategy documents: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etcSurface new or unexpressed customer needs, leading to product/program improvementsAdhere to organizational protocols, practices and procedures for gathering competitive informationDrive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiencyDevelop pricing approach consistent with the marketing strategy and brand positioningAccurately forecast resource needsEstablish metrics and goals/success criteria and milestonesDemonstrate financial acumenHold self and others accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business prioritiesMentor, develop and inspire othersCollaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectivesDevelop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions, in collaboration with other marketing leadersRequirements of the role: Min 4-5 years of Marketing experience in the Medical Devices industryRequired experience working with implants, ideally within the orthopedic and trauma sectorExperience with hospital stakeholders (Surgeons, Nurses, Technical Services, Procurement)Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English (C1)Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical fieldDemonstrated experience in providing strategic supportExcellent presentation and interpersonal communications skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelinesAbility to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authorityMust be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policiesDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word amp; PowerPoint)Territory and TravelTerritory: IberiaTravel Percentage: 70%Base Location: Any well-connected city of Spain.
