We do so via:Access - Providing high quality trusted medicines regardless of geography or circumstance; Leadership - Advancing sustainable operations and innovative solutions to improve patient health; Partnership - Leveraging our collective expertise to connect people to products and services.Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference, and here's how the Senior Product Manager - Respiratory therapeutic area role will make an impact:Other responsibilities for this role include:Marketing operational strategy includes stakeholders and KOL's (especially advocates) mapping and engagement plan, specific stakeholder action plans with timelines and messaging, and aligning Marketing, medical, and MA needs.Efficient and effective budget management and close collaboration with the Global brand team.Brand potential maximization through constant seeking feedback, inspiring and equipping all cross-functional teams.Develop brand, analyze market and competitors through gathering customer insights and competitive information, identifying drivers/barriers, and refining segmentation according to customer needs.Generate insights from market data/intelligence with a strong external focus and incorporate findings into strategy.Define priority regions to succeed.Responsible for brand performance tracking & results within the disease area.Develop a disease area/product forecast with acceptable accuracy.Strong finance approach: P&L; / One pager yearly updated.Manage and track monthly the promotional budget according to business opportunities.Develop 360 omnichannel communications to build customer experience and impact Key accounts, drive customer engagement through F2F and remote/online digital channels; create, implement, and continuously refine a competitive omnichannel customer experience.Manage communications with customer-facing organizations and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing objectives are met.Develop, implement, or shape and update product competitive training for sales force and other stakeholders.Presenting to the field team at the cycle meetings & training sessions.The minimum qualifications for this role are:Bachelor's degree required in life sciences; MBA or PhD is a plus.Minimum of 5 years as Brand Manager in pharma industry.In depth therapeutic knowledge in one or more of the following areas: allergy, pneumology would be an advantage.Experience in field roles, such as pharmaceutical sales, KAM or MSL would be a plus.Project management skills or experience, being capable of leading execution with multiple stakeholders with cross functional leadership, with ability to prioritize and execute on key drivers for business
