We're just 17 people at the moment, but growing fast and profitable (€4.5M ARR, 110% YoY growth) and we're building the team thoughtfully and with a lot of care.About the roleWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our product team, which until now has been led by our two co-founders.You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product strategy, helping shape the future of audio and video accessibility. You'll be working closely with 4 Product Engineers, a Product Designer, and reporting directly to the founders. You'll also be collaborating with Leo, who has been Product Managing the transcriber side of the platform after setting up the transcriber operations team. It's a small team with no Head of Product; this is a great opportunity for a Senior Product Manager who wants to step up their level of impact.About the product roadmapThere are two core parts of our product: the one customers interact with, and the one our freelance transcribers interact with. On the customer side, we're at an exciting moment in our growth trajectory, looking to shift the focus beyond standardized transcription and subtitling to a more differentiated and sticky product that meets the needs of our B2B users. Happy Scribe was born as a B2C company, but when we analyzed our revenue back in 2020, we saw the scale of the opportunity in B2B and shifted our focus.We're now working hard to build a product that meets the needs of our diverse B2B user base, adding project management, analysis and collaboration tools. On the freelancer side, we've been working hard to improve the gig recommendation and transcriber experience, whilst creating no-code or low-code ways that enable the operations team to use the platform more independently.What you'll doIn collaboration with the Product team and founders, develop the product strategy and roadmap, and support its execution.Define, analyze and track key performance indicators for the product.Collect and prioritize customer and market feedback.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product updates on-time and on-budget.Develop and maintain the product backlog and prioritize features, communicating progress and status to stakeholders and leadership team.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into the product development process.What you'll bringIdeally 3 or 4+ years experience as a PM, or 2 years experience as a PM, coming from a background in product (for example as a Product Analyst, Product Engineer or Product Designer).You have a business mindset and know how to prioritize and drive growth.You're data driven and analytical, able to use data tools like Amplitude, and run simple SQL queries. You have strong data intuition and the ability to identify and remove biases when gaining insights from data.
