You will be tasked with enabling other product teams to consume clean, consistent product data from our underlying product catalog and ensure it can be leveraged to power Vista's product merchandising layer for the website. You and your team will be responsible for increasing the throughput of New Product Introduction (NPI) of product pages and improving efficiency of creating and managing merchandising data, including a drive toward automation and using AI. We are customer-centric builders, hard-core technologists, and ruthless executers who are responsible for delivering the business vision and product strategy through the Storefront domain.What you'll be doing: User Research: Conduct market research (Quantitative & Qualitative) and collaborate with your UX/Engineering partners to develop insights on customer needs and goals.Product Requirement: Using the market insights and Vista's product strategy, build actionable roadmaps and own the PRD (Epics, User-Stories & Wireframes).Manage Product Lifecycle: Establish and align on product requirements with your Engineering and UX team members. Monitor the progress of the product release, support plan and product analytics for a seamless delivery of business value.Agile Management: Ensure requirements are converted to effective & informative backlogs with user stories and story points. Effectively be a part of daily sprint stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint alignment, demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinements.Continuous Improvement: Monitor various channels of information flow that can provide feedback on product performance to further improve the customer experience.
