Your role As a Senior Product Manager in Landbot , your work will help thousands of companies to build intuitive and engaging conversational experiences throughout the whole customer lifecycle.
And you'll do it by: Discovering opportunities.
Aligned with the product strategy and the company OKRs, you should seek problems that can endorse business opportunities and outcomes.
Establishing direction.
The ability to define a clear, strong roadmap, aligning any key stakeholder with your vision.
The more context you can provide, the more successful you will become at this stage.
Delivering solutions.
In the solution space, PMs will take a supportive role.
Usually, they collaborate with their team by: Refining and planning solutions.
Researching and validating them.
Defining delivery stages.
Ensuring solution quality and testing.
Iterating the solution.
What we are looking for: You have a proven track record of +3 years of work experience at a B2B SAAS company.
You are highly creative and love solving complex problems that balance user experience, engineering resources, and business needs.
You have solid experience collaborating with engineers and product designers within the product trio.
You can make a good business case and convince people to help you execute it.
When it comes to analysis, you know how to balance qualitative and quantitative insights through the discovery process.
You are a team player : humble and eager to learn, proactive to take over responsibilities, removing bottlenecks, and capable of making the people working with you comfortable.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
You have experience in revenue/monetization product strategy , leading pricing research, packaging, or GTM implementations.
Nice to have: Experience in messaging, no-code, or AI products.
Data analysis, business background.
UI/UX design skills.
Any level of Spanish language knowledge.
