You are eager to learn and interact with clients.What will I be doing?Define the strategy and roadmap for AI initiatives within the company.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement AI driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, operations, and risk management, to develop and deploy AI tools.Lead the integration of AI technologies with existing systems and processes.Analyze and use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve AI solutions.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies.Ensure that AI solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Work closely with other product teams to ensure that AI solutions meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.What skills do I need?Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with a focus on AI.Experience in the payments ecosystem is a plus.Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship.Capable of leading 3rd party API integrations.Proficient with data, comfortable using SQL.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to tackle different challenges.What happens after you apply?Our Talent Acquisition team is invested in creating the best candidate experience possible, so don't worry, you will definitely hear from us.
