Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference, and here's how the Senior Product Manager OTC role will make an impact: Key Responsibilities: Deep knowledge and understanding of the market of each brand managed: competitors, pricing positioning, new launches, strategy, commercial approach, positioning, etc.
Elaborate and execute the strategic plan: messages, positioning, materials, and actions.
Create commercial campaigns based on the market knowledge.
Manage the digital tools available for each brand (website, social media, etc.).
Communicate internally and externally the plan and be proactive in ways to achieve it.
Consolidate and improve performance of existing brands.
Evaluate and create the business plan if needed for new opportunities to improve the portfolio.
Manage the media investment with a clear understanding of the different actions.
Thorough forecasting to ensure there are no stock issues.
P&L control and tracking.
Marketing A&P follow-up.
Creation of creative campaigns ensuring the messages are right to achieve the objectives.
Sales team training to ensure the key concepts of the brands are understood.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business.
7 years' experience minimum in managing OTC products or mass market products.
Strong strategic thinker with the ability to formulate, develop and execute strategy.
Experience with media consumer campaigns.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Advanced English level, both written and spoken.
Skillful with processes and tools.
Strong analytical skills.
