As a Senior Product Manager you will: Define the Order Operations Insights and Analytics Product Strategy.Own the Order Operations Insights and Analytics Roadmap over multiple business domains.Be responsible for what we prioritise and build, and for how we'll judge the success of our initiatives.Develop products that leverage internal and external data sources to automate key decision making processes.Work together with a team of frontend and backend developers to build compelling products.Ensure frictionless and efficient Operations Insights and Analytics project delivery - from discovery to go-live.Lead change management and data literacy projects.Partner up with business & product leaders to have data analytics at the core of every initiative. Preferably you are: Able to show solid professional experience in a Product Management role with a history of success working with senior engineers and development teams.Experienced in defining and delivering customer-impacting products and product features in a matrix environment.Analytical and data-based in your approach to find and prioritise the most impactful developments to the customer-experience.Able to define and refine the long-term strategic vision for your product area whilst delivering incremental value through optimisation.A great communicator and collaborator, able to translate complex technical solutions into simple language that all of your stakeholders can understand and work to.Experienced in agile work environments and able to bring that mindset to your work and collaborations.Experienced in working in high-growth and rapidly scaling environments and overcoming the challenges that these bring.
