The Role As the Senior Product Manager, you're not just managing a product; you're the architect oftransformation. Guide us into the next generation of services, exploring new avenues and uncovering untapped fields. Your role will be to fuel innovation, providing the strategic thinking and leadership that will play a critical role in shaping the future of transport services. Responsibilities Be passionate about customer needs, developing actionable insights to ensure user needs are met. Own the strategy and medium/long-term roadmap for our product portfolio. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Tech, UX, and Marketing, to drive customer-focused innovation. Develop key partnerships within the company, particularly with the Chief Product Officer. Be a compelling storyteller, inspiring people through written and verbal communications. Work on multiple initiatives in parallel, both in and within the specific product area. Stay on top of the competitive landscape and transport industry trends. Be eager to learn and bring about transformation in the transport industry. Lead/participate in Agile ceremonies, with responsibility for high-standard documentation and process. Responsible for complete product lifecycle management, from inception to execution and go-to-market strategies. Significant track record (5+ years) of measurable contribution in a Product Management role in a customer-focused tech business. Experience working in a high-growth company. In-depth experience in customer-centric thinking through insights, data, and experimentation. Experience in writing user stories, setting sprint goals, and collaborating with teams on acceptance criteria. Knowledge of Agile frameworks. Ability to adapt your mindset to different cultures, as this is a worldwide industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
