You will help drive Stenn's risk strategy while ensuring we deliver innovative and scalable solutions for our business customers.
With a deep understanding of credit risk and business lending—ideally within working capital or revenue-based financing—you will play a key role in ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of financial technology.
You will lead the charge in building a robust risk framework that balances customer growth with sound credit decisioning, leveraging advanced data analytics and cutting-edge technology.This role is ideal for a structured, forward-thinking product leader with a passion for managing risk, navigating complex regulatory environments, and transforming how financial products operate.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for credit risk management across Stenn's RBF product, aligning with overall business objectives.Identify and own broad problems for which you'll be accountable for solutioning, execution, and value creation.Collaborate closely with colleagues in Risk, Sales, Marketing, Decision Science, and external partners to identify, prioritize, and address key risks, ensuring customer and regulatory needs are met.Build out data insights in partnership with the Data team to help track the impact of the features you build.Shape the design and management of Stenn's financial products to mitigate credit risk while creating growth opportunities for mid-market customers.Who You Are:Risk Management Expert: You have a strong understanding of credit risk, particularly in the business lending or revenue-based financing space, with proven experience designing and scaling risk frameworks.
