As we expand our offerings we are launching a new made-to-order and catalog jewellery category to provide even more value to our customers.About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our new jewellery category. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to create a seamless and valuable experience for our customers. Your insights and leadership will shape the way jewellery is sourced and purchased in the B2B space, setting a new standard in the industry.What You'll Do:Category Strategy & Vision: Define the vision and strategy for the new jewellery category, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. Leverage market insights, user research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define a unique value proposition.Product Roadmap: Develop and own the product roadmap for the jewellery category, prioritizing features that enhance buyer engagement, simplify sourcing, and drive revenue.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer support teams to align category goals, gather requirements, and ensure a cohesive approach to category development.Customer Insights: Conduct regular user research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of our target B2B buyers. Translate insights into actionable product enhancements.User Experience: Partner with design and UX teams to create a streamlined and visually compelling product experience that caters to professional jewellery buyers, focusing on search, discovery, filtering, and checkout.Supplier Integration: Work with supply chain and operations teams to ensure an efficient onboarding process for suppliers, managing product data quality, inventory tracking, and pricing.Data-Driven Decisions: Use data analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions on product changes. Develop KPIs to measure the success of the jewellery category.Launch & Go-to-Market: Lead the go-to-market strategy for the jewellery category, working with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns, content, and training materials that drive category adoption.Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvements post-launch by testing and iterating on new features, gathering feedback, and staying attuned to changes in the B2B jewellery market.Your skills and qualifications:5+ years of product management experience, ideally within eCommerce, marketplace, or B2B product environments. Experience in the jewellery industry is a strong plus.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding technical requirements. Familiarity with agile methodologies.Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach to decision-making with a strong grasp of metrics, analytics tools, and customer feedback mechanisms.Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven track record of translating customer needs into compelling product features and experiences.Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Clear and effective written and oral communication.Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex challenges with innovative, strategic solutions.B2B Experience: Experience in B2B marketplaces or supply chain-focused platforms.Preferred Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with jewellery sourcing, distribution, and retail trends.
