As a Senior Product Director - iGaming (Online Casino) at our client's company, we expect you to be responsible for: Driving the strategic development and execution of our product roadmap, with a strong focus on CRM, CMS, Back Office, Product Analytics, Retention, Promo Management, Bonus, and Loyalty functionalities.
Translating business strategy into a comprehensive product strategy.
Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
Developing products according to market needs.
Supporting product initiatives at all stages.
Developing product and functional requirements.
Prioritizing features and enhancements.
Opening and monitoring the execution of tasks.
Managing product UX/UI and using data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize product performance.
Coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure cohesive product development and execution.
Managing, developing, and improving all aspects of the product.
Monitoring, analyzing, and managing product metrics (financial, conversion, gaming) and sales funnels.
Managing the bonus and loyalty systems, continually enhancing functionality to increase customer engagement and retention.
Designing and implementing robust retention processes, focusing on customer segmentation, timing, and personalized offers, and working closely with the marketing team to develop targeted retention campaigns that maximize customer lifetime value.
Creating documentation.
Introducing benchmarks, both industry's and company's.
Managing and developing product teams (CMS, SRM, Retention team).
Required skills: Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
Strong and proven product development track record.
At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Acquisition Retention (CRM, e-mail marketing and content, promo and campaign management, bonuses, and gamification).
Experience with A/B testing, post-analysis of split results.
