Our Activation Engagement team is part of the Growth pod, that focuses on familiarising our users with what Smallpdf has to offer and making sure our product is used for its max potential.Mission: As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for widening the footprint of Smallpdf across the whole customer journey.
You will drive the vision and strategy for the activation and engagement pod, build a roadmap, and implement new integrations and features.
You'll be a product leader who collaborates across the company to meet key objectives strategically and effectively.
You'll work closely with our SEO, Marketing, Content, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to identify and define features to grow our subscriber base.
You will also lead, together with the team's engineering manager, a cross-functional team including engineers and designers.Responsibilities:Develop, execute and drive the vision and product strategy of the Growth Team.Conduct thorough qualitative, quantitative, and market research to identify opportunities for new product features integrations in order to optimize the growth strategy.Translate product strategy into roadmaps, epics, and user stories.Drive the definition of the Objectives Key Results of your team and track the deliverables.Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and actively communicate contingency and mitigation plans for the team.Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market.Collaborate with engineers, PMs, designers, and marketers on driving ideation, prioritization, and execution of product improvements that increase growth.Work within the broader Product Management guild to build and optimize Smallpdf's overall product strategy, implement and scale product development best practices.Requirements:5+ years of hands-on growth or product management experience in a rapidly growing environment (ideally in SaaS).Experience in leading product delivery from inception to launch and maintenance.Experience in both qualitative quantitative research and leveraging insights from different sources to make product decisions.Experience in fostering the customer experience, end-to-end journey, UX, and UI.Demonstrated ability to gather user requirements from many sources and build a compelling product vision.Ability to analyse large data sets, strong SQL skills are a must.Experience setting up analyzing A/B tests.Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders in a cross-functional team (Engineers, Marketing, Designers, etc.
).Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Fluent in English (corporate language).Nice to have:Experience with using Python and Data Science is a plus.Experience in working on improving engagement and retention for subscription product.Why Smallpdf?You get to impact the way over 40 million people get work done every month.
