What You'll Be DoingAs a Senior Product Manager at Factorial, you will:
Own the product area: Define the product vision, roadmap, and key initiatives.Lead the product execution: Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to bring your vision to life.Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with our clients, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to deeply understand user needs and the HR space, identifying opportunities to create value.Drive impact: Be accountable for business outcomes, product success metrics, and continuous improvement of the product.What We're Looking ForYou're likely a great fit if you:
Have proven experience in Finance-related Products: Demonstrated expertise in developing, managing, and scaling B2B SaaS products within the domains of financial software, accounting, expense management, or ERP systems. A deep understanding of financial workflows and hands-on experience with third-party integrations are essential. (preferably 5+ years with at least 3 years of hands-on ownership of full product lifecycle management).Are business-driven and obsessed with creating impact. You align product strategy with business goals and user needs.Are data-driven, setting hypotheses and success metrics for each product launch. You value measurable results and are comfortable with data analysis and experimentation.Have a keen eye for design and user experience. You appreciate the importance of intuitive interfaces and crafting simple solutions to complex problems.Possess strong communication skills: You're confident in pitching, influencing, and advocating for your product vision internally and externally. You're comfortable interfacing with senior leadership and customers.Thrive in ambiguity: You're proactive, identify high-value problems, and develop actionable plans.Have GTM (Go-to-Market) experience: Our PMs are very GTM-driven, ensuring product launches are well-coordinated with Marketing and Sales.Speak fluent English (additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or German are highly valued).Have experience working with third-party integrations and platforms.Are comfortable with scaling processes, managing multiple stakeholders, and proactively optimizing workflows—even beyond your immediate area of responsibility.
Bonus Points if You:Have worked with HR tech or similar domains.Have experience working in hyper-growth environments where things move fast and change is constant.Have a solid technical understanding to bridge the gap between engineering and business.Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is between 67.000€ (57.000€ fix + 10.000€ based on performance paid quarterly) and 76.500€ (65.000€ fix + 11.500€ based on performance paid quarterly). We won't consider how many years of experience you have but your knowledge and skills.
