Being the leader of one of the squads in the wefox Insurance Portal product area, you will collaborate closely with fellow Product Managers, Product Designers and Engineers, as well as our insurance broker teams and other stakeholders.Outcome-oriented, you will drive the mission of the wefox Insurance Portal to provide the best consultation and sales tools to our brokers, to ensure the highest quality insurance coverage and service to wefox customers.The role:Take ownership of one of the products within the wefox Insurance Portal area, establishing a strategy that balances long term goals with the ability to take advantage of short and medium-term opportunities and is aligned with the broader product strategy.Drive innovation by measuring what matters, staying up to date with developments in insurance and technology, and assessing the value new opportunities have when it comes to helping wefox achieve our goals.Prioritise based on the customer need, business impact, market and technology insights, evaluating the right trade-off between flexibility and speed.Proactively communicate with your peers in Product and other stakeholders across the business — whether it's a change to the roadmap, a new idea or the 'why' behind the 'what'.Understand the priorities and goals of the Insurance Platform as well as other digital customer products, and leverage synergies to deliver value to our users.Lead user research, generate and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to make strategic and tactical product decisions.What you bring:3+ years of product management or product ownership experience.Experience in FinTech, InsureTech, Financial Services or similar business domains is a plus.Experience working with Product Designers to create outstanding customer experiences.Ability to make product decisions based on qualitative customer and user insights and quantitative data.A first-rate stakeholder manager, with strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics.Fluency in spoken and written English.
