Champion data-driven feature prioritization for maximum market impact.Ensure our platform consistently delights users by fostering a deep understanding of customer needs through feedback cycles and direct engagement.Build team strength being a mentor and coaching internal teams in product understanding, empowering sales, and engineering to excel.Articulate our vision and evangelize our platform through customer interactions, conferences, and industry events.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience shaping B2B products for industry leaders.Expertise in databases, Infrastructure-as-Code, UI/UX, cloud deployments, and architectures.Passion for data-driven decisions, prioritizing features based on market insights, customer feedback, and key metrics.An excellent communicator, with the ability to facilitate effective meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and adapt your communication style to stakeholders at all levels.A natural evangelist, enthusiastically promoting Exasol's value proposition, both internally and externally.A collaborator, and you enjoy working closely with Engineering Managers (SAAS, integrations, core database) to ensure seamless integration and synergy.You provide team support and focus.
