What you will doResponsibilitiesResponsibilities cover all areas of lead-to-cash from Product Catalog Management, Pricing, Supplier Cost management, Approval processes, Provisioning. Experience with complex 3rd party Enterprise CRM systems (e. G. Salesforce, Vlocity, Siebel) and BSS systems integrations is required, such as Order Decomposition and Provisioning, Product Catalog, Billing and Rating, BI, etc. Discover, analyze and document requirements; Work with Engineering tooversee the delivery of new features and productsIntegrate user and customer feedback and performance metrics continuously into plans; What you will bringBe able to manage the BSS Product roadmap balancing internal and external customers needs with internal platform demands; Experience with back-office systems such as:Salesforce and SFDC components/vendors eg Vlocity, etc. with focus on CPQ solutionsPricing and provisioning proprietary or off-the-shelf solutionsBilling systems such as Oracle BRM, CSG, Amdocs, Zuora, etc. Excellent at discovering root causes of business pain points, proposing solutions and translating them into actionable business requirements; Excellent at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; Ability to communicate with simplicity, precision, and empathy; Experience with Agile methodologies amp; tools (e.
