Location : [Cloud PSO Location or Remote] Reports To : COO Job Summary : Cloud PSO is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Product Manager to drive the development, enhancement, and delivery of our identity governance and compliance platform.

This role will be crucial in coordinating across departments to streamline product operations, define clear responsibilities, and lead a comprehensive product strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex product demands with agility and foresight.

Key Responsibilities : Product Strategy and Roadmap Develop, maintain, and execute a detailed product roadmap that aligns with Cloud PSOs strategic objectives and customer requirements.

Work closely with executive leadership to establish and communicate a clear product vision, reducing ad hoc changes and keeping development on a steady course.

Customer and Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, engaging in customer and partner calls to gather insights, answer questions, and provide strategic support.

Represent Cloud PSO on partner communication platforms, including Slack, to maintain positive relationships and support engagement.

Role Definition and Team Management Work with internal and external stakeholders to clearly demarcate roles and responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and reducing cross-functional ambiguity.

Support client-side operational needs by acting as a liaison for feedback, questions, and task allocation across teams.

Security and Compliance Management Oversee security initiatives to protect product infrastructure, coordinating quarterly penetration tests and ensuring timely responses to vulnerabilities.

Collaborate with the compliance team on SOC certification needs, including coordinating the necessary documentation and responses for vendor security assessments.

Project and Process Management Lead the development teams project management cycles, defining clear timelines and ETAs to ensure timely product delivery.

Regularly assess and optimize internal processes to increase efficiency, establish best practices, and maintain consistency across development phases.

Documentation and Customer Support Oversee the creation and maintenance of key documentation such as Service Level Agreements (SLAs), support documents, and customer-facing responses.

Collaborate with the team to support customer support initiatives, including managing tickets, responding to inquiries, and addressing early-hour support needs.

Vendor and Partner Relations Work with external partners to support Cloud PSOs market expansion efforts, including onboarding new partners and supporting partner interactions.

Actively manage relationships with vendors and customers to gather requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and communicate effectively with development teams.

Qualifications : Experience : Minimum of 7-10 years in product management, preferably within the identity governance, compliance, or Saa S industries.

Familiarity with enterprise-level applications and regulatory compliance is essential.

Technical Expertise : Background in security compliance, ideally within SOC or similar frameworks.

Experience in managing infrastructure-level vulnerabilities and security best practices.

Project Management : Proficiency with project management tools (such as Jira) and the ability to manage complex timelines and multi-phase projects.

Skills : Strong strategic thinking and ability to manage both high-level and detailed product considerations.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated leadership in coordinating across departments, solving cross-functional challenges, and driving consistent results.

Customer-centric focus with an understanding of customer needs in enterprise applications.

Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are a plus.
