What you'll be doing
Planning, developing and implementing the marketing strategy for our local artists.
Building strong relationships with artist managers, artists and media partners (Radio, TV, press, magazines…)
Creation of innovative, data-based marketing strategies in collaboration with the Digital Marketing, Streaming, and Sales teams.
Close collaboration with internal and external partners (A&R, Supply Chain, Sales, agencies, and promoters)
Continuous analysis, further development and evaluation of campaigns.
Providing frequent and relevant reporting to colleagues, artist managers and campaign partners.
What you bring
You have excellent digital and conventional marketing skills and a willingness to implement innovative and creative approaches.
As a creative individual, you are willing to think outside the box and value the importance of creating an appealing story for every project/artist you work with.
You have in-depth knowledge of the music business, popular artists and relevant industry stakeholders (agencies, promoters, DSPs…).
You are highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and demanding deadlines.
You bring proven experience in managing projects/budgets with a high level of analytical skills.
You are a strong communicator; confident to build collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
You are tech savvy and always up to date with the latest trends and digital advances, especially on the digital music landscape.
You are keen to attend and support promo actions and scouting, outside of office working hours.
In addition, you possess a proven track record for excellent attention to detail.
You are fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
