You'll be focused on developing every aspect of the product capabilities, collaborating directly with your relevant business teams and other product teams to define the product's vision, strategy, and scope — owning the process from design to delivery.
This means that you feel comfortable moving fast, taking calculated risks, navigating scenarios of uncertainty, engaging team members and stakeholders on the journey, and having fun while getting your hands dirty.Besides the bread-and-butter expectations for a Product Manager function, these are the key things that will make you a GREAT FIT for this position:Intentionality and sense of ownership, respect for people, interest in continuous learning, and critical view of the business; Comfortable working and managing stakeholders in a fast-paced and ambitious hyper-growth environment — appreciating a working context that encourages autonomy at all levels; 4+ years of working experience as a Product Manager — worked in agile teams that launched new products from zero to hero or enhanced existing infrastructure with clear metrics and impact; Strong understanding of database systems and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Domo, etc.
); In-depth knowledge of product and project management: can collect insights and requirements during discovery initiatives, align expectations, design and scope the solution, validate it, plan it, and execute it — end-to-end — while keeping involved parties updated throughout the process; Track record of people leadership — expected to lead people by influence, guide, develop, and support direct reports and team members to thrive according to their career ambitions and the company's expectations; Strong analytical skillsand ability to make data-driven decisions by manipulating, transforming, and processing data to answer business questions; Love testing and learning in fast cycles to create innovative solutions to difficult problems — we have an amazing place in an amazing team for a true team player that loves to share knowledge with colleagues and also wants to learn from them; Fluent communication (verbal and written) skills in English and Spanish to interact with internal and external stakeholders; European passport or work permission for Spain.It's a BIG bonus if you are experienced in:SQL skills; Martech skills, like: Instapages, Google Analytics, GTM, A/B testing, Amplitude, chatbots, etc.
