You always strive to develop personally and professionally, open to learn new things and share the ones you've experienced.What will you do?Influence and drive strategic product direction for our user experience.Work side by side with the Engineering team to be the voice of the customer, prioritize work and help turn technology into products that solve our user needs.Develop and maintain robust product documentation and requirements that improves internal processes and help to provide scope for engineering development.Understand the business needs and produce insightful analyses for stakeholders (Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, etc)Design and drive experiments to test hypotheses and form actionable recommendations. Present to business leaders and drive decisions.Identify business opportunities based on a combination of internal and external data sets.Qualifications4+ years in a similar role, preferably at an internet/mobile companyExperience gathering business requirements, defining product requirements and using business intelligence tools to extract data, formulate metrics, & build reportsExperience leading multiple projects with multiple stakeholders within tight timelinesSolid attention to detail, design and UXAbility to build relationships, collaborate and influence othersVery good communicator, in writing and verballyFluency in EnglishNice to havesKnowledge of SQL, Python, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Google Big Query, Google Data Studio, MongoDBExperience on fintech products and/or knowledgeable of the marketFluency in Spanish Work Environment: We are a hybrid, extremely fast-paced environment.
