We are looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. It was founded by world-record-breaking adventurer and former brand ambassador Paul Archer, alongside viral games developer Naio Tsarouchis, and we exist to show there's a better way to build businesses, to build a better future, proving that caring for people builds brand, which builds long-term and exponential profit returns. The Duel Brand Advocacy Platform allows mid-level to enterprise brands to do just that - scaling how they manage their relationships with thousands of advocates, customers, creators and brand ambassadors. The Duel team comprises psychologists, brand experts and community builders from companies including Amazon, Treatwell, Bain, Mimecast and Lululemon as well as young entrepreneurs, psychologists and other exceptional talents. THE ROLE Working directly with the Head of Product, you'll be responsible for leading a squad focussed on increasing member engagement with our affiliate and ambassador programmes, in order to deliver unrivaled ROI for our brands. This will entail owning the end-to-end product development from discovery through to release. Specifically you will own: Strategy : Create, own and communicate a coherent squad strategy i.e. the levers the squad will use to deliver their objectives. Discovery : Working cross functionally (product design, data science, customer success) to build a backlog of high-confidence, scoped opportunities that collectively implement the squad's strategy. Research : Conducting customer interviews and market research to build a picture of the highest impact problems we need to solve and how our competitors are trying to solve them. Experimentation : Building tactical experiments to adapt our knowledge and confidence in the solutions we need to build. Feature Development Release: Efficiently building and shipping high quality features to our users with the monitoring, support and documentation needed for successful adoption. Delivery Execution : Running the squad's sprints and ceremonies to drive the squad forward at an efficient velocity. Impact: And the culmination of the above…measurable impact on metrics which help drive the commercial goals of the company. Natural Communicator: You'll keep relevant stakeholders informed and aligned about the product's progress, milestones, and changes.driven Data Driven Mindset: You'll constantly be looking for data insights to inform and justify your decision-making - maybe even finding yourself getting lost down data rabbit-holes every now and then Delivery Dedication: You'll build confidence and rapport with your squad and proudly lead the squads sprints to success. EXPERIENCE 5 years experience leading product squads within a similar staged business. MarTech experience preferred.
