As a Senior Product Manager, you will be leveraging the full breadth of Microsoft's products and services, our cutting-edge Experimentation platform and latest AI technologies to create cohesive, engaging and exceptional growth focused user experiences.

ResponsibilitiesPartner with Design and Software Engineering to design user experiences and technical solutions across feature areas.Identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.Define success criteria and create relationships for implementing features for complex cross-functional projects. Coordinate and ensure alignment across organizations.Deliver on roadmap for multiple feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation plan, and manage governance programs.Drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and writing test cases from scratch. Lead teams to partner with other departments to collect performance metrics, drive customer support, and lead direct customer engagements.QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.Experience in growth strategies and User Experience (UX) 1+ years of experienceTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with product analytics tools, A/B testing platforms, and growth hacking techniques 1+ years of experienceAnalytical Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies 1+ years of experienceExperience with complexity and ability to generate clarity in a highly ambiguous environment 1+ years of experienceExperience in UX, Search Technologies, Consumer Products, AB ExperimentationPreferred Qualifications: Experience in Search productsLeadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with multiple external teams to create alignment and deliver resultsExperience delivering concise and fact-based communications / presentations both verbal and written and adapting style and level of information based on audience Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
