About the Role This role will play a pivotal part within our SaaS Product team. Focusing on our B2B2C Virtual Sales tool called Nivoda Showroom which enables our brick & mortar retailers to adopt the virtual inventory sales model.
What You'll Do: Customer Research and Interaction (10%)Identifying the best way that we can enable our customers move to a virtual inventory sales modelGathering feedback from customers to improve our existing Showroom capabilitiesData (10%)Track customer usage of Showroom to keep improving themSet up the right events to track user journeysTracking product performance post-launch, leveraging data to drive future iterations and improvementsProduct Development (30%)Using research and data to deductively identify pain points and improvement areas for ShowroomWork cross-functionally with business, design, marketing, research, engineering and data to build solutions to solve customer pain points and monetise the product offeringGrowth and Adoption (20%)Work closely with data, marketing, technical account managers and sales to increase the adoption and usage of ShowroomOverseeing the rapid development of product iterations, balancing speed and qualityProduct Strategy (20%)Defining the overall long term vision and strategy for Showroom in a way that aligns with the company goalsManaging timelines, resources and priorities to effectively meet project goalsTechnical AcumenProviding strong technical guidance to engineering teams, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. Get on the tools when needed.Creating detailed product specifications and technical documentation mapped to user storiesYour experience and qualifications: Proven background within a best-in-class SaaS company in developing and monetising SaaS tools and features with experience in B2B and Sales workflow management a plusStructured problem solver. You can identify user and business problems and use technology to solve them efficientlyMinimum 5-6 years of product management experience is required.
