We are seeking the elite few to lead the development of evergreen games in a high-impact, low-bureaucracy, and lean environment tailored exclusively for the most ambitious and agile professionals.More concretely, your missions will be the following:You will be leading a small, senior & agile team of production in order to ensure all operations are on track and going in the right direction for product delivery.You will be responsible for creating & iterating on the game design document for the game.You will be in charge of two games at a time and will have responsibility for defining which games need prioritization.The role will entail maintaining & further improving a product that has already been developed and elevating it to the next level while defining its objectives & strategy.The role requires having a holistic view of the entire app, including Roadmap.You will be using real-time data, industry trends and experience to make product decisions, see them through production and use data to validate your hypothesis.You will work closely with the UA, Monetization & Creatives and Data teams to identify opportunities, tackle issues and build partnerships.You will work closely with UI/UX Designer and Unity Developers to define roadmaps and execute on the teams' combined vision
