Develop user-friendly financial tools (web and mobile apps) for Novartis' global workforce, empowering teams with real-time insights for smarter, faster decisions.
About the Role Your role As a Senior Product manager in Digital Finance you will Shape the product vision and design its roadmap, prioritizing activities amongst competing business interests to align with business strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders and development team to ensure product success by gathering and aligning business requirements with IT.
Establish robust business practices for the testing phase, ensuring efficiency and excellence in product enhancements.
Create comprehensive user training materials to ensure successful adoption of our digital solutions.
Facilitate clear and effective communication across users and stakeholders.
Promote and drive the adoption of our digital solutions across the business.
Own and monitor the product's adoption and stability KPIs.

Requirements Essential: 5+ years of product management experience, successfully launching and scaling digital products in Finance or similar domain.
Ability to work with engineers, designers, and business analysts to develop detailed product plans and understand technical details.
Proven leadership and motivational skills with developers, technical experts, and senior stakeholders.
Capability to align product vision with business strategy and make data-driven decisions.
Strong ability to interpret data and leverage analytics for decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with top leaders and end users.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and conflicting inputs.
You have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Bonus: Experience with cross-platform solutions like PWA or Flutter.
Understanding of machine learning technology and its applications in finance.
