Job DescriptionJoin Us as a Senior Product Manager in Nexthink. At Nexthink, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to be a vital part of our platform team. In this role, you will take ownership of crucial aspects related to content management and our integration with Nexthink Library.
Your mission is to create a robust platform capable of managing the lifecycle of user created content, like dashboard, investigations and alerts. This includes how those can be imported and exported, how versions and conflicts are managed, and how the user experience is enjoyable and seamless, while providing flexibility to the users. This will play a pivotal role in elevating the Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (DEX) to new heights and is fundamental to the success of our organization. Your contributions will not only directly benefit our users but also empower our internal product team to innovate.

Your mission: Define the product vision of your area and your north star metric.Elaborate plan and roadmap that maximize the value for our customers.Work directly with one of the development teams, prioritize stories, bugs, and epics, and participates in scrum ceremonies.Work in close cooperation with our UX designers.Document new features, and train Nexthink partners, sales engineers, and consultants about new releases.Engage with customers to deeply understand how Nexthink is helping large organizations to improve the digital employee experience.Follow our competitors and keep up to date with the industry.Qualifications5+ years experience as product manager in a software company, working within a development team.Computer science background or similar.Proven experience working on a technically complex product, delivering results incrementally and pragmatically.Good knowledge of agile development/frameworks.You are enthusiastic about working in an international, collaborative, fast-paced environment and learning new technologies.Professional-level English, spoken and written.Additional InformationWe are 900+ employees strong in 21 countries across 8 different time zones speaking 60+ languages.
